A rapidly growing IT consulting company in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur approached us after outgrowing their previous office within two years. With a larger team, hybrid work culture, and frequent client meetings, they needed a workspace that looked modern, professional, and comfortable for everyday work.
The goal was to create an office that improved productivity while also leaving a strong impression on visiting clients.
Our Approach
Before starting the design, we observed how different teams used the workspace daily. This helped us plan an office that balanced collaboration, focus, and privacy.

Open Workstations The office layout included ergonomic desks, acoustic partitions, and indoor greenery to create a clean and distraction-free work environment.

Meeting Rooms & Phone Booths We designed multiple meeting spaces along with private phone booths for online calls, team discussions, and focused conversations.

Reception & Client Lounge The reception area featured wooden wall panelling, warm lighting, comfortable seating, and a custom branding wall to create a premium first impression.

Cafeteria & Breakout Area A multi-purpose cafeteria was designed for lunch breaks, informal meetings, and team gatherings, with flexible seating and a relaxed atmosphere.
Project Execution
The project was completed in four months with close coordination between civil teams, electricians, HVAC consultants, furniture vendors, and interior contractors.
One of the most important areas was the client lounge, where several material combinations were tested before finalising a balanced mix of wood finishes, textured surfaces, and modern lighting fixtures.
Final Outcome
The new office now supports both focused work and collaborative meetings without feeling crowded or overly corporate. Employees enjoy a more organised and comfortable workspace, while clients immediately notice the professional and modern environment.
