Services

AJ Techment provides interior design services including but not limited to:

  1. Residential interior design and renovation
  2. Commercial interior design
  3. Space planning and consultation
  4. Furniture selection and procurement
  5. Project management and execution

Engagement Process

Our service engagement typically follows this process:

  1. Initial consultation to understand your requirements
  2. Proposal and quotation submission
  3. Proposal and quotation submission
  4. Design development and approvals
  5. Project execution and completion
  6. Final walkthrough and handover

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  1. Advance Payment: 40% of the total project cost upon agreement signing
  2. Progress Payment: 40% upon completion of design phase
  3. Final Payment: 20% upon project completion

Payments must be made within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month.
