The Verma family had owned a plot in Jagatpura, Jaipur for several years before deciding to build their dream home. They wanted a modern three-storey house for their joint family, but without the hassle of managing separate architects, contractors, and interior vendors.
Their goal was simple — one experienced team to handle everything from planning and construction to interiors and final handover.

Our Approach
The project was managed under a single-window system with one dedicated project team handling the complete execution.
-
Architectural & Structural Planning A G+2 layout with cross-ventilation, north-light study spaces, and a stilt-level parking + utility floor.
-
Civil & Structural Work The construction included foundation work, RCC structure, brickwork, plumbing, electrical systems, waterproofing, and complete finishing — all planned alongside the interiors from the beginning.
-
Modern Façade Design The exterior featured textured finishes, stone accents, clean lines, and stylish balcony louvers that gave the home a modern yet timeless appearance.
-
Complete Home Interiors The interiors included a modular kitchen, custom wardrobes, false ceilings, designer lighting, TV units, and a dedicated pooja room. Since the interiors were planned during construction itself, the final result felt seamless and well coordinated.
Project Execution
The project was completed over fourteen months with regular site reviews and close coordination between construction and interior teams. Material selections like flooring, lighting, laminates, and fittings were finalised through physical samples to maintain quality and consistency.
During the monsoon season, civil work slowed temporarily, but the team continued working on interior drawings and modular furniture production off-site. This helped maintain the project timeline without major delays.

Final Outcome
The Verma family moved into a home that felt completely planned from day one — not built in disconnected stages. Every detail, from staircase placement to lighting points, was designed around the final living experience.
By managing both construction and interiors under one roof, the project achieved a smooth execution, consistent design language, and a home built for long-term comfort and functionality.
